For Consult: Please send me (1) picture with makeup and (1) picture without. Some may need pigment lightening or laser pigment removal before I can work on your brows. Every case is different that’s why it is imperative to let me view your brows before the procedure so I can see what I can do or refer you to someone who can help with your unique circumstance.

If you have booked, come to the appointment with previous Permanent Makeup and have not notified me and I CAN NOT work on you, your deposit will NOT be refunded since I was not notified prior and I have prepared, sanitized, set up and taken time out of my schedule to work on your brows.

*******A $50.00 Appointment deposit is required to hold your appointment.

  • This Deposit is non- refundable for no shows or same day rescheduling.

  • You may reschedule 1 time, after that you forfeit your $50.00 deposit.

  • Your $50.00 deposit will be credited to your procedure balance that is due at the time of the appointment. Cancelled appointments will not receive their deposit back. Rescheduled appointments will have it credited to their procedure balance which is due the day of the rescheduled appointment.

Why is a deposit required?

I am working on your skin, sterilizing my room, setting up my equipment and blocking off hours of my day for your procedure. A lot of time and resources are being used.

What if I need to reschedule?

I know life happens but if you choose to reschedule please give me at least 72 hour notice. You may reschedule 1 time, after that, if a 2nd rescheduling occurs you forfeit your $50 deposit.

What if I’m late?

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may run into the next appointment and I may need to reschedule you. So please be 10 minutes early if possible so we can get started and take our time for the best results.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we use Square Up, a secure payment method.

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must be in good heath have a permanent makeup procedure done. There must be no skin irritation, wounds, moles, ect. in the area to be treated, including sunburns.

  • Must not be pregnant or breast feeding.

  • Must not have any immune disorders.

  • Must not be on any blood thinning medications (usually found in heart medications) and including Aspirin

  • You cannot be on Anti-biotics. You will fade much quicker and pigment is more likely to be rejected.

  • Must not be on any acne medication that thins the skin in the last year (Accutaine)

  • If you have Cancer and undergo chemo, make sure your last Chemo treatment at least 8 weeks ago.

  • Must not have sunburn in treated area.

  • Must not have a chemical burn.

  • Must not use skin care with retinol for at least 6 weeks before the procedure.
